The Horn: Volume ten
03/09/12 || Cobal
I wish there were more to say about this one. This hybrid project sounds quite interesting at times, and ridiculous at some others. When shit gets actually metal, the raw sound of this highly electronic form of black art sounds pretty good. The problem is there’s too much noise stuff that I presume are an attempt to make the audience reach a profound state of trance or something. I didn’t reach shit. Being immerse in daily life didn’t work for me to reach anything but confusion and stress. Some years ago, I could have appreciated this better… or not.
On the other hand, after releasing about a dozen full-length albums – all titled The Egyptian Book of the Dead volume whatever – it’s about time you get your shit together even being a one man band, ain’t it? I mean, if this were a demo, I’d sort of understand. Anyway, I don’t think we will hear much about Mr. The Horn’s A D MacHine (yes, that’s what he calls himself). By the way, they say noise is a musical genre these days.

After going thru that crap, you most likely wanna read something way more interesting. You do, admit it.
